As you may know, I have been involved as the head of the planning committee for the Western Orthopedic Forum, 18 large orthopedic groups in the western US. In the annual meeting in Denver in August, a physician asked who has protected themselves against the possibilities of the regulation changes. FROC, P.C. was the only one. Of course, I was asked to share how and I told the MEI story. I was pleased that we made our choices.
