Sam Moti, Founder
Samuel Moti was a medical imaging equipment salesman and service
provider in Northern Ohio and Michigan, and was also a service engineer
for Westinghouse X-Ray. Sam established City X-Ray in 1969 and later changed its name to The MEI Healthcare Group, continuing his focus on the sale and service of medical imaging equipment. The company later expanded to include diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy equipment sales, project financing and turn-key development of imaging centers. |

Gordon Baltzer, President, CEO
Gordon has been actively involved in the healthcare industry since 1988 when he left KPMG in Toronto, Canada, where he obtained his Chartered Account designation to join Apotex Inc. Canada’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer. After five years at Apotex, Gordon immigrated to the United States to accept the position of CFO of Royce Laboratories, Inc. a publicly held generic pharmaceutical manufacturer. After two years at Royce, Gordon joined forces with Sam Moti. |

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Studies from Rice University in Houston Texas. He earned his Master of Accounting from The Jesse H. Jones School of Administration, Rice University Houston Texas. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 6 years Big 8 public accounting auditing experience and twenty six years financial accounting and reporting/CFO/controller experience. |

Robert F. Corrigan, Jr. , Contract Counsel /Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Oversight
Robert F. Corrigan, Jr. has been affiliated with The MEI Healthcare Group since 2002. Currently a partner at Fullbright & Jaworski, LLP, Mr. Corrigan specializes in providing legal assistance in the healthcare field. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Corrigan also sits as Chair, State Bar of Texas, Health Law Section and Life Fellow, Texas Bar Foundation. |

David Knott, V.P. of Sales
David has over 20 years experience in the medical industry sales, marketing and business development. He specializes in Diagnostic Imaging Equipment and supplies. David developed and marketed several diagnostic imaging centers in North Africa and Asia and has an exclusive purchasing agreement with OEM’s in Europe to purchase their used diagnostic imaging equipment. David earned his Associate of Applied Science degree from the University of South Carolina. |

Brian Chuck joins the MEI sales force after four years of developing diagnostic clinics for physician groups. Prior to working with physicians, Brian was Vice President of Sales and Operations for the largest independently owned imaging provider in Texas. Brian has a double Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University. |

Mike DiNapoli, V.P. of Operations
Mike has over 10 years experience in the Medical Imaging business as Radiology professional and Medical Imaging sales. He is a registered MRI/CT technologist in the NY area and as a MRI Product specialist for GE Medical systems. Mike was the key contact and manager for MRI system relocation across the USA which also included pre-owned MRI sales nationally. |

Betty Pence, Director of Support Services
Betty has an extensive background in reimbursement, medical coding, marketing and advertising and is currently the Director of Metabolic Imaging of Laredo. She has over twenty years experience in the medical field, both within the hospital environment working in the medical affairs department of one of the largest health insurance companies in the country and the operational management of a free-standing nuclear medicine facility specializing in PET. |

Jason Tibbetts, National Sales
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts majoring in Finance, with honors from Michigan State University the Eli Broad College of Business. Jason is MEI’s lead financial analyst creating proformas for each piece of equipment financed through MEI Financial Services as well as market research for competing imaging centers. |

MaryJo McCarthy has joined MEI to coordinate and integrate the sales, financial services and operations areas. MaryJo has been successful in sales and management in the insurance, finance and construction industries. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University in New York, NY and her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. |

Jackie has an extensive back ground in administration and account management for healthcare equipment and real estate. Jackie is the director of the general corporate proceedings for MEI including Human Resources and Bookkeeping. |

Jeramy Burns , IT/Network Administrator
Jerramy Burns joined MEI with over seven years of experience in Information Technology. He held IT positions as Electronics Warfare Technician for the US Navy and Systems Analyst for SourceOne Healthcare Technologies. Jerramy earned an Associate of Arts degree in Information Systems from Florida Community College at Jacksonville, and is currently completing his Bachelor of Science degree in IT / Network Systems Engineering at Barry University in Miami, Florida.
